The following rates are per week during the 2011 summer season for maximum 2 person occupancy and include use of
all facilities except those stated in 'Extras' below. Rental is from Saturday to Saturday and includes heating,
lighting and water charges. Rentals outside the summer season are for a minimum of 3 nights.

Nominal charge for soft drinks/coffee provided in the guests' lounge.
Aromatherapy and
massage treatments.
Collection from/return to train station.
Please note that a deposit of €100 will be taken on arrival but will be returned at the end of the rental if there
are no breakages or exceptional cleaning charges.

The gites may be available for use before or after the dates in the table above: however, the outside pool is unlikely
to be in use. Please contact us if you have specific requirements and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
All prices are in Euros. For 2011 we have set a notional exchange rate at £1
= €1.20 for illustrative purposes - a definitive rate for 2011 will be set on 01 Jan 2011. For other currencies
we will use the rate at the time of booking.
We accept payment by UK cheque, French cheque or bank transfer
(please ask for details).
A deposit of €150 (£125) is required on booking with the balance
payable 8 weeks before arrival. See booking form (sent by post or email) for terms and conditions.
Facilities
Facilities will be available 0930 to 2200 every day and include:
Outdoor and Indoor Heated Pools.
The
outdoor pool is maintained at 29 degrees, the indoor pool at 31 degrees.

Fitness Room
We have a cross-trainer and exercise bicycle available for guest use in the main house.
Guest Lounge
The guest lounge in the main house has a Tassimo coffee machine and cold soft drinks are available (we make
a nominal charge of €1 per drink).
Sauna
The 4 person sauna is located in the fitness room. We ask that guests sit on towels when using this
facility.
Aromatherapy and Massage
As a final indulgence we offer an extensive menu of aromatherapy
and massage treatments. Jeremy is a fully qualified aromatherapist and holds several diplomas including the Higher International
Diploma. Is there anything more indulgent than a relaxing massage by the pool on a summer's afternoon?
Internet Access
A complimentary internet terminal is available for guests' use.
